Deaf. It's a visual world and it's much harder to live in it being blind than being deaf. Sure, I'd miss out on a lot not being able to hear music or laughter or talking. But I'd still be able to survive on my own. It's take me a lot longer to be able to survive on my own being blind and I'd always need someone's help for somethings.

Deaf because if I was lock in a room i could still see the door, I would also still be able to see people's expressions and communicate with them.

Deaf, because I've been learning ASL and it is a fantastic language. Plus, the things that make me happy in life don't have to do with sound.

technology is developing to create really good hearing aids, even for deaf people
being blind would be awful, I couldn't see the ones I love
and so far, there are no ways to let blind people see
