for a minute or two? nah, your fine, I am not saying this is somethin you should be doing all the time tho. A lady came to the shop I work at asking for an oil change cuz it'd been 100,000 miles LOL, she thought an oil change is a tune up. ANyways, change that oil 4 times a year ! check it at least once between changes, You're fine . Hope this don't happen again tho

To answer your question probably not. Even with all the oil drained out there is still oil in the bearings and galleries. Oil serves several purposes such as cooling, prevents friction and prevents corrosion. So if you only ran it for a couple of minutes the engine may not of reach normal temperature and with the residual oil it should be okay.
Just service the oil up to what is required and continue to drive it. By the way each time you put gas in the car check the oil dip stick and see how much oil is in the engine. Cars burn oil and leak oil all the time.

It seems some information is missing.
A car takes 4 - 6 quarts of oil. Was there oil that you measured before you turned the car on? Is there a puddle of oil under the engine after you turn it on for a minute?
If you don't see any oil on the dipstick, add 2 quarts first. Then try reading the dipstick again. If nothing shows, add another one. Take a distick reading again and repeat until the oil dipstick shows the proper amout of oil. Then you can drive the car a short distance without worry and take it to a mechanic.

You probably caused some minor damage to the bearings. Put some oil in it. If you don't hear any weird knocking noises you should be okay.

yes its bad if you do it for a long period of time. you could blow a head gasket which is more costly i the long run than puttig oil in it...I usually check it once a week....unless i go one a long trip then i check it before i leave then before i get ready to head back you can never be to careful.
