It must be fun to be a Hostess at O'Charley's because the last time I went, she was all smiles and very bubbly.

Sounds like a "sit-down" place.
A hostess greets people at the door, takes their name, sits people down at tables, etc. You'll probably start at $8/hr. or so... never been one, though. Just an educated guess.
