This only works with pancakes straight off the girdle. Spread with real butter of your choice, and put some ordinary syrup on them and in to your mouth, its the most tasty thing in the world, and I also remember my mum making home made jam, and the hot jam and butter on the pancakes was a memory that will stay all my life. Once in a Pancake Place I had creamy haddock pancakes and there was a sweet salad on the side, and it was sooooooooooo wonderful.

I'm not a fan of pancakes...but when I do eat them, I have to have syrup - preferably REAL maple syrup. But it's hard to get the real stuff where I live.
