And no, you can't say, "Help! I Married a Dalek!" because that got nixed halfway through the filming of its pilot episode. Damn Shannon Doherty and her diva antics, anyway....

You forgot "Fat March"??? 12 people, average weight of greater than 320#, go for a stroll from Boston to Washington, DC.

Hilarity ensues as all 4000# of them (and two perky personal trainers) walk through 9 states. Those that don't drop dead of a massive coronary compete to share a purse of 1.2 million smackers, based on some weird formula of weight loss and small children eaten on the journey.

I swear, I'm not making this up... (well, maybe the eaten baby part).

"When pets go bad" including a story about a parrot that said naughty words.

And any number of those lame situation comedies which have canned laughter in order to to indicate to we viewers that it is time to split our sides. Luckily, Dalek, your sides are held together with plated armour and therefore the extraordinary comic wit does not lead you to head for A&E to be stitched back up.

Sorry, I can't pick just one.

Full House
Jerry Springer
Wheel of Fortune
Full House
All of the "comedies" currently airing on the Disney Channel
Full House
The Drew Carey Show [he's utterly bad at comedy]
Full House
Full House
Full House
American (M)Idol
And finally, ALL of those reality shows. They're just ghastly examples of rank mediocrity and pandering to the most base and coarse aspects of humanity. How anyone can watch them without getting nauseous and having their skin crawl is unfathomable.

Hard to pick,
As the dreck just keeps coming...

Barney... scares me...
Teletubbies... same...
Not preoccupied with 1985 but... it was nice when mtv and vh1 and cmt played music video's, you know "music-television" before the "reality" craze...
In mid 90's had to switch to cmt to watch anything daytime that was music and not "reality"

yes, back in the old days...
walking to school in the snow...
5 miles, up hill... both ways... ;)
