You have dark brown hair, and brown eyes, but your skin is beige.
You are a Cool. Look how great you look in second pic, with plum top, jeans, and white/pale gray/beige background; while in first pic, the lime background makes you look sallow.
COOL colors - all have a blue undertone:
soft white, rosy beige, pinks, cherry red, coral, lemon yellow, mint, jade, pine or forest green; sky, royal, smoke, or navy blue; lavender, plum, gray, black, and silver or white gold jewelry.
Choose brights and pastels from 'your' colors for tops; they are most flattering.
Choose your dark neutrals for eyeliner, mascara; your pinks, coral, red, plum, and burgundy for lips/cheeks; and any for shadows.

I also think you look very Spring-like. Of course, you also look a bit winter, but you're using summer as a background for your picture. If you had JUST a plain background, you'd look spring or winter. I hope I helped???
