The GA minimum wage remains at $5.15 per hour. However any employee covered by the Fair Labor Standards Act would come under the higher Federal minimum wage of $5.85 per hour. Nearly every employee is covered under the FLSA. Only the most distant and tenuous connection to interstate commerce is needed to be covered under the Federal minimum wage.

Dunkin Donuts shops are mostly franchised operations. The operators are free to set their own wages so long as they comply with all labor laws. Effectively their minimum wage would be $5.85 per hour in nearly all cases.
