The History of the present self proclaimed Unitary Executive is a History of repeated Injuries and Usurpations, all having in direct Object the Establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid World.
He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has failed in his oath of office to preserve and protect the Constitution of these United States.
He has failed in his Constitutional duties as Commander In Chief.
He has illegally authorized the circumvention of Amendment IV of the Constitution, and repeatedly denied it to the Governed.
He has illegally circumvented Amendment V by denying persons due process of law.
He has violated Amendment VI by denying persons their rights to a speedy and public trial, to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation, and to be confronted with the witnesses against them.
He has violated Amendment VIII by authorizing cruel and unusual punishment.
He has violated the Constitutional separation of powers by repeatedly and habitually circumventing Article I, Section 1, through the use of signing statements.
We, therefore, the citizens of the United States of America, call upon the Congress and Judicial Branch to exercise their Constitutional responsibilities relating to impeachment of this Administration, in total, for treason to these United States.
