The real lesson behind August Wilson's play, The Piano Lesson, is to remind and teach the audience never to repeat the systematized injustices African-Americans had to endure throughout history due to their skin color.

You don't want to use the word "again" at the end of the sentence because it is redundant. You already used the word "repeat".

You've got too much in one sentence;-{ try this:
"The real lesson behind August Wilson’s play, The Piano Lesson, is to remind his audience of the systematized injustices African-Americans had to endure throughout history. His purpose is to teach them never to repeat, discrimination due to their skin colour, again."

The lesson behind August Wilson’s play, The Piano Lesson, is to never again repeat the systematized injustices African-Americans have endured throughout history due to the color of their skin.
(try to put "The Piano Lesson" in italics, and always strive for the simplest, most direct sentence you can make. Less is almost always more.)
