Dear ___

Apology

I would like to offer my sincere apologies for the unauthorized use of creating a profile under your name. I realize now the seriousness of the situation and because of that I will not do it again and I have learnt a valuable lesson that not only affects this situation but many others. I understand now that I have violated your rights and that I have hurt your feelings and anyone else's by doing so and I am sorry for that. I didn't think it would be taken so seriously it was just to prove that I could. I wasn't thinking thoroughly when I created the profile and my intent was not meant to be malicious, I now realize how badly I have hurt you and what could have happened if it went on the way it did. I wasn't thinking in the long run how creating a fake profile could really affect someone.

. Had it occurred to me, that my actions would violate your rights and hurt your feelings, I would have never done such a thing. I did not intend to defame you. I hope you find it in your heart to forgive my immaturity. I promise that this shall never repeat with you or any one else. Once again, I'm truly sorry.

Gordon Brown made it somewhat sparkling that Damian McBride's behaviour grew to grow to be into thoroughly unacceptable. some human beings detect 'sorry' is the toughest word, yet 'sorry' is oftentimes used too oftentimes. mutually as you're sorry, then you certainly are accepting some blame. the united kingdom ultimate Minister has extra advantageous significant matters to do than make certain out all people who paintings in Downing street and vet their e-mails. some human beings are born idiots and a few human beings substitute into idiots. McBride must be sectioned. there is not any such element as a secure e mail.

The apology is sufficient, as far as apologies go,,, but what means nothing to you, could be worth dieing for, to someone else . Who are you apologizing too ,,, no one can get where your wanting to go ,without walking in someone elses shoes . so apologize till the cows come home , and that might be enough to start with , never is how long it takes to fix somethings , others are easier ,

This is a great apology, but I would include a sentence about you taking full blame for doing this, and being willing to accept the consequences.

It needs fewer words and more emotion - but it's a good start.
