Rice? this honorary white chick who recently called the Russian government 'the Soviets' - while in their country?
This idiot who only last week bothered to get around to asking for a report on previous peace efforts in the Middle East?
In 1976, when Southern Africa was the main news story, I was discussing with senior military officers where the next major trouble spot would be and where the consensus for a moderately peaceful world would be and even then, when it was not in the news headlines for months at a time and Israel and Egypt were signing peace agreements, we said 'THE MIDDLE EAST'

Condi Rice is WAY too linked to the Bush administration.
Nobody wants a continuation of Bush policies.
