Mine would be Richard Wrights 'Wet Dream', David Gilmours 1st album ('There's No Way Out of Here' still gives me chills).
Syd's stuff was cool too! Never really cared for Nick Mason's 'Fictitious Sports', but Roger Waters 'Pros and Cons of Hitchhiking' was worthy, and his album with Ron Geesin, 'Music From The Body' was a trip, complete with burps and farts!
What were your favorites?

I'm actually a HUGE fan of David Gilmour's solo stuff, but the other members turned out pretty good stuff too. The Madclap Laughs blew me away (alot more that Barrett) it was alot more raw and simply Syd. I personally love all of David Gilmour's albums, and can't really pick a favorite, but I do love On An Island madly, I'm a huge fan of mellow stuff and On An Island was very mellow. And David Crosby and Graham Nash being on it was a delightful suprise (AND it came out in my lifetime, heck yea!, ubber brownie points),
I kind of thought Nick Mason's solo stuff was a joke, I never bought any of his records (I heard Lie for a Lie, and even David Gilmour couldn't save it....). Roger Water's... not so much a fan of his but Pros and Cons is pretty good and Every Strangers Eyes killed me, I fell in love immediately. Wet Dream, in my opinion was pretty good but I was a bit dissapointed because I do expect a lot out of Wright.

And to answer you question, my favorite solo album is David Gilmour's On An Island (at the moment) because it was just so mellow.... and that's what i need currently, but my taste often flucuates but it's usually a Gilmour that's my favorite.

Definitely David Gilmour's first two solo albums especially
There's No Way Out Of Here
and
There's No Way
From "David Gilmour"
And
Until We Sleep
and
Murder
From "About Face"
Otherwise Roger Water's "Amused To Death" is excellent
Especially all three parts of the song
What God Wants
In My opinion though David Gilmour definitely has the best solo career of any Floyd member.
You could even make a case (Some do) for
Momentary Lapse Of Reason
and
The Division Bell
As being Gilmour solo albums
I am a little more into the heavier guitar driven end of Floyd
So I prefer Gilmour's earlier work over On an Island.
And Water's Pros & Cons of Hitchiking was excellent as well.
Syd Barrett's work is a bit too uber trippy for My benefit, although some is quite good.

Dave Gilmours' first album..like you said "There's No Way Out Of Here" used to spook me too.."Raise My Rent" was good also.Wrights' was alright..can't stand any of Waters..bloody miserablist..what a whinger! There's one track on Masons' "Fictious Sports" that nearly saves it.."Siam"..featuring Carla Bley on piano and the sax guy Floyd used to use..."Gigolo Aunt" and "Evervessing Elephant" from Syd I still love..but ..Dave Gilmours' stuff.

I love Syd's solo work. I haven't heard much of the other stuff. I saw Roger Waters last year and enjoyed the solo stuff he played. Not too interested in that though.

It has to be "Opel" and "The Madcap Laughs" by Syd Barrett. No matter what Waters thinks, Syd was Pink Floyd. Waters really **** on the guy, too, despite his lame attempt to make amends with "Wish you were here"....

Syd and I were on the same level. He tripped and made his music, I tripped listening to it. It was great!!!
