My processor is an Intel Pentium 4 1.8 Ghz with 256KB cache.

my motherboard supports Prescott, Northwood, Willamate types.

It is a Willamette, 1.75V/66W TDP. Northwood has 512kb L2 while Prescott has 1mb.
