Actually Princh William and his girlfriend can't keep out of the papers. But if you think about it the royal family has actual guards/police and such where as actors walk around freely and expose themselves to the stalking paparazzi.
The paparazzi is unrelentless. But it's their job. They do what they have to do.

Just in case you didn't know, the 'Government' is actuallly 'Her Majesty's Government'. She owns it. Kinda gives her some options on what's said 'n' what's not said.
