Around $12,000 +/- $3000 depending on the mileage, auto or standard, various packages and the condition of the car.

There are obviously lots of variables to the cost of a car, condition, mileage, needed repairs etc. so it's very difficult to just answer your question, but here is what I recommend you do to give you a number of barometers for what you are looking for.
Check www.kbb.com and punch in all of the data to see what the model you list is going for in wholesale, private sale and dealership used car sales.
Compare those numbers to what you find at www.carmax.com and then lastly compare to what you see on ebay.
This research helped me find a an M3 worth $40k for only $30k.
Is $10k worth some effort? Your call.

I've been looking for a 2002 model and I've found on average I could get one for around $14,500 with less than 40,000 miles on it.
