Jailbait is a slang term for a sexually desirable younger person, usually female, who has not yet reached the age of consent. The term derives from the fact that sexual relations between an older individual and one under the age of consent can constitute statutory rape, potentially leading to jail time. More recently, however, the term has been used less literally to refer to young people in general, even if they have passed the age of consent.

That is a minor under the age of 18 in most states. It means if you're over 18 and messing with a minor you could go to jail.

man where have u been. i have been called that by many women but not anymore. it means if u do something with someone under legal age (varies from state to state.) that person then if u get caught ur *** is going to jail

When a girl (or guy I guess) is under the age of consent for ... um ... stuff, and the older person could be placed in jail for statutory rape.

It means that you are over age 18 and the other person is under age 18. That can be illegal and you could go to jail.
