I had a good dream, but ended on a sad note. I was at School, I had hung out with Friends, and we were having a good time. Then next thing I remember is I was in front of a Door that was closed and I heard music that faded away. Then I heard music from Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets for the PlayStation 2 being played (daytime music). I had realized that my good times with my Friends had passed, and that is when I woke up with tears running down my face. I am crying now typing this, as it is a very powerful and heart wrenching dream I had. I guess this dream told me to make the most with those I am with, because once they're gone or I am gone, that's it, gone is gone. So I will do just that, make good memories while I still can. I'm only 20 now, so I see that happening for a long time to come.

Typically, end of the world dreams depict the powerful and threatening inner and outer changes that accompany major life transitions and social changes. The transitions from childhood to adolescence, for instance is the end of the world that existed for the whole lifetime of the individual up until that point. Such points of transition occur several times in the life of any one who dares to grow and adapt. So you are probably going through some pretty big changes in your life right now and it can be very stressful, but necessary. You may be taking it a bit harder than other people do, but sometimes the dreams can seem so real. I think that women are more sensitive to change and when we are growing up and starting to rely on ourselves, it can be scary. My best to you at this time of change in your life.

Most of our dreams are part of our day activities, that get released by night in our dreams. It can be stress. Work, family, etc. We normally go to sleep stressed, and the next morning, we are always tired.
Have you seen a rabbits been chased ? If gets free, what do they do ? They run and run to burn all the stress, and then they lay down and relax. This is what everyone need to do.

I find watching the behaviour of my lot as i dont sleep too good at night, that the times that they have any sort of upsetting dream is when it has been a really dramatic day, depressing or even when it happens, traumatic, something has to really upset you in some way emotionally to cause it.
when i had a really bad day nothing was going right this day, i tried to sleep and when finally i did it was filled with a horrid deeam, i was being hunted for lords sake, and my kids was tied up so i had to get them out as well. so try to relax, dont let things get to you, when something starts to get on top of you or anything like that time out walk it , bike ride, video game and a really good idea - reading, drawing, a hobby that you love.

It can mean that and more. Have you had thoughts of death, thoughts of someone/people dying, wishes that someone/people would die, are you in pain? Some things manifest themselves subconciously when people sleep, in the weirdest way.
I was in-between awakening early Saturday morning. There are some personal issues going on, but I had pain in my neck from sleeping on pillows wrongly. I was turned on my right side in my dream, and my mother had come in my room without me hearing her feet and said sternly, "Do you recognize this?" I slightly turned my head to the left. A relative's left hand that I recognized came toward me as though they were going to clamp my mouth with it. There was blood all over the palm and fingers. I screamed. (I swear this story is true).

From my own experience I've found that dream state relieves stress. I don't use it to foretell anything. They can be scary but for me they are also grief processes - bringing resolution to problems. I had a friend who suggested I look into my eyes when I was stressed out. They looked sad and dull. She suggested I look into them after a crying jag - lo and behold they were clear, sparkling and I could smile.

I would say you were crying because of the dream, it sounded pretty bad. If you keep having that one then something is stressing or worrying you.

I had a dream my mom told me she was dying and I woke up crying so hard that I ran downstairs to see if she was ok. I don't know what it means.
