...turn up in time for lunch at the local primary they refuse to let me in. Apparently, I scare the children.
This is blatantly illegal behaviour and I am missing out on my turkey twizzlers.
Should I sue?

That is awful Ms minger you need to follow the DWP (DSS) complaints procedure, if that fails. You will need to ask your MP to refer your complaint to the Parliamentary Ombudsman.

And nope you cannot sue the DWP LOL! can you imagine the amount of chavs running to thier legal aid solicitors if you could.

Try and find out how many of your friends are also entitled and drag them along with you, safety in numbers and all that jazz.
Threaten to sue them under the age discrimination laws and demand your Turkey Twizzlers, they are your right, they're recommended by all the healthy-eating campaigners too.
Take placards for your friends to carry next time saying: We demand our Turkey Twizzlers! invite the press, they love to get involved with stories of injustice.

You must be a student to receive a free school lunch. Your benefits award only says that you meet the income requirements for free school lunches, not that you, yourself are entitled to the lunches.

Take a posse of knife weilding clowns or mime acts next time you go and have them rampage through the school then you can go unnoticed to the servery and scoff enough turkey twizzlers to feed the entire school.

No need to sue them - but I think they're abit mean not to let you in. You can come round to ours to eat, if you like. We can even make the nosh taste like 'school dinners' too. What time can we expect you?

I wuld have a talk with the manger/superviser/person-in-charge and tell him or her your concerns.If the problem persits then i would yes, sue.
