i am not a coin collecter & i don't want to sell it..i had this gift when i was born..& would like to know what does it worth..
its a gold Sovereign from Henry VII reign

yea i think it must be worth atleast a hundred dollars or even higher

There are at least 14 varieties of King Henry VII 1485-1509 Sovereign coinage, one being very rare. The last book I have lists them for 25 pounds in very low grade and up, depending on the coins grade and variety. If you live in the UK you need to see a coin dealer, if some other country a dealer that deals in this type of coin. High grade good strike examples are always worth a lot more than most books say. If you live in the UK you can check with Coincraft they are a big dealer there.
