Boneless chicken breast, fillet in half, brush lightly with a coating of mayo seasoned with Mrs. Dash, then coated with a mixture of breadcrumbs and grated Parm cheese. Place it in the oven on a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick spray @ 375 for about 10-15 min each side. Top with your fav sauce or a few sliced tomatos and fresh Mozzarella. I'ts great!
