When at a party with minor's, some people mark X's with black marker to show that they are minors. They still drink. How does this or does it affect what the cops think if they bust it?

FYI: I said party, not club. By reading the question, I apparently know what the X'es mean. That's not what i asked.

Yes it is effective, if the person having the party catches someone who is under age drinking, they can ask them to leave or if the cops do arrive, they can arrest the kid for "minor in possesson". If the cops find out that an adult is serving alcohol to minors whether intended or not, they can go to jail.

This piece lacks branch and is merely too repetitive. study a thank you to apply punctuation, enormously commas and semi-colons. harm down your run-on sentences, the 1st sentence is very undesirable. harm this up into paragraphs that the two revolve around one musical type or a definite 12 months, then use transitions to lead us from one paragraph to the subsequent. each thing merely runs at the same time and that's stressful to understand the main topic of the passage.

If minors consumed alcohol, the establishment is still at fault. Bouncers and bartenders should be enforcing the black mark rules.

The bouncers are supposed to check the X's and throw them out. I have a friend who's a bouncer, he throws minors out for drinking all the time (not me though ^_^).

usually when someone has their hands marked with a black X it means they're underaged and can't drink. If they're drinking it defeats the whole purpose of doing it!

It's to let people know they are under legal drinking age. That way they don't served alcohol and the servers don't get arrested for serving minors. Praise God!!!!!

it makes the cops think you have control over who drinks and who doesn't and when the minors are caught out drunk, then they think they got it from somewhere else.

stupid i know.
