took all bolts & screws out still having probloms getting off

I would suggest taking the rest of the bolts and screws out for easier removal, obviously you are missing something.

Not too specific on what kind of Dodge you are playing with.
There may be some fasteners up against the windshield. There may be some on the sides. Open the doors & check behind panels/ weather stripping. Remove gauges, ash tray, stereo, & glove box.

some dashes are held in with clips as well as screws. if a good hard yank doesn't buge it, you've missed some screws
