I am 13, and middle school sucks hardcore. I heard High School is much better. What are your favorite memories from High School?

I am a Sophmorer 2nd year in high school. I personally do not like high school. I have to get up at 6:55 am for the bus. The chairs are attached to the desks which makes it really uncomftorable. In most rooms there is no air conditioning, which really sucks. In the winter it can be sometimes really cold. Depending on youre teachers, some teachers are homework happy. Some teachers like never give out homework. Since you merge with 3 to 4 other schools in highschools, there is a very high chance you might not have any of youre friends in any classes, which sucks. Same deal with lunch. There are much more people.
I really like middle school better since it's more comftorable and less people. There was less homework, and at lunch you always sat with youre friends no matter what.

I loved high school! As far as being a freshman, that was the only year I hated. After that year, everything got a whole lot easier. Not to mention I was taking less and less classes. My senior year, I went to school for half a day. I was out of school by 12:30, which I thought was a blessing!

I have graduated from High School and College now, and High School was not fun.
The stress of academics and getting made fun of for being gay...not the best time in the world. My favorite memories are probably from my good friends and my favorite teacher, Mr. Z.

I love high school. I am in 10th grade right now. Freshman year kinda sucked but this year is totally amazing. Some advice is to be yourself and don't change just to be like others. Also, seniority rules so never try to get out of its not worth it. haha. I am sure you will have lots of fun.

It will improve in time! I loved High School! I had lots of good friends, fun times, and excellent teachers. The higher up you go in education, the better it gets! Give it a chance! You'll see it's true!

im a freshman in high school and so far i like it. i feel like i have a lot more independence. its also not as strict as middle skool. but it depends on wt high skool u go to. and at my high school we have block classes and that means that the classes are longer but i only have 4 classes a day. and it is awesome. i love that!!!! but honestly and i think most ppl will agree with me that skool just sucks!!

Gawd! i loved middle school! so easy, and you couldnt get into trouble. High School is nasty with all the work and competitiveness. You're just like. UGH!

It's really fun. Better parties, more possibilities, more school activities, better teachers, more freedom, all in all it's just the best place to be.

Hated it.
I was almost killed, arrested, and expelled for other people's idiocy. And I wasn't taught anything, either.
High School was a massive waste of 4 years of my life!

i just started high school in september. i luv it. it is so big and you can really be who u want b/c all the b*tchy people you knew from middle school will be out of ur hair.
