Anger is an emotion, never a solution. Whatever the problem is, take a step back and try and look at it from a broad perspective. Think of all of hte different solutions, whether good or bad, and see the best one. Then strategize how to obtain that solution. Anger will neither solve, nor help heal the problem.

I don't think its the emotion of anger that is good or bad. Its what you do with the anger. It can be a positive thing if you channel it to positively solve a solution.

anger is very bad to get a solution to your problem cause you don't have the sense to understand what's happening around you or what you are doing
to the point it's bad and makes the problem worse

Anger is a tool, neither good nor bad. The behaviors attributed to the anger must be evaluated on the merits of the situation and the appropriateness of the response.

Anger is very bad, especially when we have to find a solution of a problem because it makes our mind not to work properly & hence we can't find an appropriate solution.

Anger is never helpful - it just either leads to violence or it breaks down the line of communication. Anger is just about power and control - which folks use to manipulate people or situations. Try creative thinking and compromise instead.

Whew, hard question because sometimes when I get angry it helps my stubbornness and determination in getting something done. One thing I've learned is NOT to say the first angry thing you think of and never answer an email that ticks you off with an angry response right away. Give it a day!
