i been on nuva ring for like 2 months.I took it out friday..I bleed a little not much yesterday now it stopped

Has anyone else had this problem..Should i worry.I feel like i have cramps tho....Can anyone help? Is it normal.?

Some bleeding can be normal when trying to adjust to birth control (basing this on experience with the pill) but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
