I feed my hamsters grapes and they are just fine, in fact they LOVE them. I usually cut them in half and only give them one once in awhile, it is not an everyday thing.

Any small rodent including rabbits, do not need to have food which have large quantities of moisture in them. Grapes would fall into this category (even though they are toxic in larger quantities to dogs). The added moisture can cause them to get scours (diarrhea) and may die from the condition. If you can give them a very small quantity of something that has moisture in it and slowly introduce it to them, they build up a tolerance of it.

If you can squeeze liquid out of a food, they contain moisture. The more liquid that comes out the higher in moisture content that they are.

I hope this helps

Grapes are harmful to dogs and cats, so I would guess no. Ask a vet.
