No, it's not warmongering - we have freedom of speech in this country and your comment as far as I'm concerned merely indicates you have not been sucked in by the crappy anti - Iranian propaganda that slimes from over the pond.

The American President and his crew are war mongerers - hell, they started the war in Iraq, not even the Americans on this site can deny that, or can they !?

Depends what you salute Iran for, I suppose.

If you say you salute Iran for sticking to their original position that their nuclear programme is only for generating energy and not warfare, then fair enough. There was enough hype about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq without the same thing happening again without proof. Besides which, nuclear energy is currently reckoned to be a "greener" energy source than most at present (whether that will change again, I don't know).

Or perhaps you salute the people of Iran for living through a regime that could be described (depending on your point of view) as being a totalitarian one.

There's two ways in which you could salute Iran without it being war mongering... I suspect there are others :-)

Everyone, K-man trys to be Mr. Glib and is just saying what he thinks is going to get a rise out of people. If he had any, he would sell everything he has and give up his comfy British lifestyle and citizenship and move there and fight along with whatever terrorist organization is the most popular at the time. People like this are like what it was like to have Billary as a president, whatever the polls said, that's my opinion.

No i do not think it is. Then again it all depends on context, but for this the context would have to be extreme like if someone said, What do you think of Iran making weapons? and the other person said: i salute Iran.

Ps; This situation is hypothetical no posts discussing the whole thing about nuclear rights for Iran please to reply to my comment.

It isn't war mongering. But why would you salute a country that stones to death women that's only crime was to be raped?

it depends i suppose kamran if it is just a one off statement

if it is in the context of criticising and being provocative then it could well be

you clearly have some personal issues with all things American and this is probably said to upset individuals who you do not like or respect because they are American

it is not just the words that can cause problems it is the way you say them and of course the context and intent

kamran - do you by any chance protest too much?

EDIT
I'm pretty sure that you do set out to be provocative and then act hurt and offended if tackled for your comments

see how immature you are??? when someone calls you a war mongerer it doesn't mean in reference to "I salute Iran' - it's in reference to your "lets bomb america" crap and all your war questions -

You might want to rethink that salute thing. Gonna be kinda funny when you're standing there "SALUTING" Iran when they aim a nuke at your dumb@ss

No. In your case, it's just the pitiful call of someone craving attention at any cost.

Why don't you go and live in Iran? Even if it's just for a few months. You'll come running back to the safety and sanctuary of the UK with your tail between your legs.

What name are you going to bestow on me from your colourful verbal name calling list that you have?
