The brakes on my 1970 Ford one ton are open on the inside of the drum and I can't pull the drum off. The fluid is already bled off. Please help.

Back off the slack adjusters. Hopefully they are not frozen. Remove the plug from the backing plate. Insert a small flat screw driver & push back on the actuator. Insert a larger screw driver & turn the slack adjuster in to slacken off the shoes. If it's the rear axle, the axles must be pulled & bearings removed.

have you tried to hit the drum with a good size hammer to release the e-brake sometimes it will stick to the drum. you should see the drum move on the wheel studs when it is free. then pull it off

Might be seized on the axle stub - spray it with WD40 and clean the area with a wire brush. If its really bad, you might have to use heat to break it loose
