Need help from lighting and art and crafts experts!?

But im wondering what kind of material do i use to make prevent some lights to come out. Some i get something like the circle shapes in that image :)

You could make the box out of plywood. The holes would be cut out with an attachment hooked to your drill that is used to cut holes in doors for the door knobs. Attach a receptacle to the base of the box to hold a low wattage fluorescent bulb. The plastic used to filter the light on the box sides would be the plastic ceiling panels sold at Home Depot. A very simple project to do. Print out the picture and take it with you to the store. They can tell you exactly what is needed, in case my instructions aren't clear enough.

This looks like a box that has holes cut into it. And has some sort of material over it so you don't see the circles when the light is off. I know you can buy lights that clip inside of a small hole.
I think you best bet would be to try looking on the DIY web site
for pointers on how to make something like this.

I suggest the plastic and hard glue and then you could mold it the way you need to. Take care.
