Putting a pillow underneth your bottom also helps!

If you have a 28 day cycle, (28 days from the start of one period to the start of the next) then you should ovulate around day 14. Given that, then your most fertile days are a few days before to about a day after. I got pregnant with my daughter from sex that happened 3 days before I ovulated. I believe its usually about 5 days before you ovulate is when you start your fertile time.

Your best bet is to have sex everyday or every 2 days to be sure. I did it day 5, 9,10,11,12,13,14,15 and it worked for me. Also, after sex put a couple of pillows under your bum to elevate your pelvis and lay there for 20 minutes. Good luck.

The time in between a woman's period is the time when she's most fertile...approximately the middle 2 weeks. It's mentioned on various other websites.
