Smaller breasts. Mine are big enough to be mistaken for "Mary Janes" (isn't this what they used to call the old floatation devices that made you look chesty?)
Although I was feeling downright pleased on Friday, that I WASN'T that woman in the bank, who had a set easily four times larger than my own. Each one had to have weighed 20 lbs (think of the size of a 20 lb turkey here), and that was on a frame that was only about a size 14....a truly awesome sight.
Oh, and obviously real!

I'd like my left foot to be like it was long before I needed surgery on it, for five various problems. I trusted in my podiatrist but he let me down. The surgery was so badly botched. I went to an amazing doctor at the Cleveland Clinic, in Cleveland, Ohio, who was only able to correct a little of what was botched. I am thankful that he could do what he did. I have to live with my limitations, but I have learned to accept it, because I know there are people out there worse off than me.

To be taller, I am 5' 4" but all my brothers and sons are 6' or taller. I take after my Mom, she's a shorty too.

A good, pain free back! With that I probably wouldn't have headaches either. Maybe in my next life?
Edit: Just a note to Iritadra, they were called "Mae Wests."

The 20 year old body I once had. It was a time I could eat with reckless abandon. LOL. but please note. I am not overweight either. I just don't have the freedom to pick and choose what I want to eat.
I was overall strong and healthy. Where is it now? Time has robbed me.

Only one Wally? That is a tough one. I would want the flat stomach I had before the kids came along I guess. All else is acceptable the way it is.

The body I had when I was 24. It wasn't perfect, but it was a hell of a lot better than the one I have now!

I would have said to be taller, I'm 4'9 and shrinking. I actually have to use a bench to get things out of the cupboard, it gets really tiring when you can't reach ordinary things.
Beings I only have one wish.......I'm afraid it would all boil down to better health for my husband and myself
