Where can I find the cheapest price for plastic chain used for crafts, etc?

It's not plastic links, it's plastic chain. Ebay definably doesn't have the cheapest price because they sell small lengths for bird toys and jack up the price.

I forgot to add that I tried KMart, Michael's and Home Depot already.

try wal-mart or michelles craft store these stores are nation wide.
