It' because I am crazy ....

Because I am the product of my environment, upbringing and genes, and acting the way I act allows me to continue on living that identity, giving me a sense of stability and security in this ever-changing world full of surprises and disappointment, allowing me to stay in my "comfort zone", even though I might not actually like the way I act (to the point of despising it) and would love to not act this way.

If I seem like I don't know what you're talking about, it's because I don't (in this hypothetical situation) because I am not acting. Otherwise, I know exactly what you're talking about, but only otherwise.

Why do you have to act like people immediately understand what you say without you giving clear details?

There's no "have to" about it. I act like this because I choose to. We may be products of our environment, upbringing and genes but we have the intelligence, though sometimes not the will, to change how we act.
