They should be white collar immigrants only with professional degrees in medicine, engineering, science and math only!! Also they should not be on any terror watch lists and should pass extensive multiple interviews with Gov't interrogators.

I believe that the numbers of illegals are far higher than the estimates we get from the old media (12 to 20 million), as though we all will feel less inundated by low numbers sited in the news reports.
Hahahahahaha.

The current legal number quota for entry into the US is 965,000 yearly. I learned this number last week at Ellis Island. Breakdown by country was not supplied.
Lots of complaints here about illegals. It suits the current administration to permit the flow of illegals as it depresses wages for legal workers. The line "jobs Americans won't do" is as phony as a three dollar bill, which is what they would like you to work for.

Right around 1 million/year. As for countries, there's no real preference to me, but those coming should be coming for the right reasons and with the right intentions, as previous groups of immigrants have.
