Thats easy. The Chinese and the Egyptians both made bricks out of mud and sod. Do some research on these civilizations and you should find a brick recipe. Most of the Great Wall is made of natural brick.

Without at all knowing the object of this and with all due respect; I agree with BRUCE...CONCRETE in molds.
It might have helped us, and respect to all others who answer mud etc. ; if you had given us some detail about WHY, for those substances you stated you CAN't Use.
Clay is natural; metals in their base form, are natural elements, Pre-Mix concrete began as a natural substance.
It would benefit you; and those of us who answer; to understand the premise behind the Q.

Get some good, fibrous plant material. Thick wild grasses (not lawn grass), wild vines, etc. Chop them up thoroughly and mix into water until they get good and mushy, then compress it in your brick mold, squeezing out all the moisture you can before putting in the kiln to dry.

What you really need is a press and a powerfull one at that. Armed with that you can compress just about anything into a brick or block. Hope that helps.

Get some really thick, fine mud from a stream or small river. Put it in a box. Dry it. Take it out of the box. Bake it at 500 degrees.

Wow, tough question.
Concrete is cheap, durable and easy to cast in a mold.
Can be textured and colored to look like natural products.
Stone can be shaped with a diamond blade, stone ax, hammer and chisel.
One industrial answer might be glass block.
