i get this sharp pain in the lower right side of my stomach what can it be? i do not have no unusual discharge and i do not itch....also it happens during the second half of the month...(i am on birthcontrol...NUVARING)

it may not have anything to do with your ovaries etc. This maybe intestinal or appendicitis.

If the pain is constant, that sounds more like appendicitis. Which can be severe.
If it comes and goes each month, its part of your cycle. Some women get discomfort around ovulation time.

when i had that pain it was due to gastritis.... it maybe that?
