Chyeah. DO IT!... We have rotten neighbors too, and we gave them what they deserved... on a night that WASN'T Halloween! Maybe its time you show them what they deserve. If I were you, I'd do it!
Whatever they're doing to you, do it right back to them and see how they feel.
