China and India doesn't count as developed countries?

Less then a fifth was the last thing i heard. You have to realise, if we add the populations of Europe, the North Americas and other select nations ie Japan, Australasia, and the like, we have less then a billion people.

China and India are known as '2nd World' Nations. Also called the developing world, instead of fully developed. They are reaching first world standards, but arent their yet

If you consider developed countries to be primarily Europe and North America, then about 1.2 billion, or about 20%.
