How do you do an interlibrary loan when you want to check out books/media (in any specified format) from a specific library system in another state and/or county? Do you have to fill out forms indicating what you want and where to get it, and when it's media you want, what format please (VHS/DVD; LP/CD/audiocassette)? Thanks.

Yes, just go and ask the librarian.

If they don't have what you want in the local library, they make you fill out a form. They then search other libraries and borrow it from another library for you. Its no big deal. But its nice to have.
