for the 1st time ever, my twin sister beat me in a 5k race, i've been training for basketball, 3-4hrs. a day, along with a run in the morning, and 200 pushups. I dont know if my body is tired, or if she is just going to keep rubbing it my face, because she might keep beating me.
i dont want to slow down, i hate when i miss a workout, and now i dont know what to do.

really i think ur just pathetic. and ur sister wouldnt be rubbing that in ur face, becuase she is your sister, and she isnt that vivid and selfcentered! so really maybe she just did it better, so you know, build a bridge and get over it!!!!! and its not 3-4 hours, more like 1-2, and you dont run in the morning. and so what if she keeps beating you, maybe she is just better at somethings. she has her weaknesses too, but also strengths, and the thing is, so do you. so wuit thinking everything is about you, becuase ur sister, is pretty happy right now, not becuase she beat you, but becuase she did her best, and wasnt rubbing anything in ur face!

I think with all the baseball and all your exercises your body just needs rest,I;M NOT A RUNNER but do play sports from time to time; and if you don;t win its not the end of the world as playing is suppose to be for the fun of it; not if i can beat so and so at this race.i wouldn;t kill myself either; practice for your baseball ; or do the race as i think your stressing your self and your body to far so take a break; and smell the flowers....

Is it sibbling riverly? All cannot be winners. There will be always one winner like the Indian Idol. Take it out from your mind. She is your sister. Let she win.

You are very competitive. You are doing fine. Why not congratulate your sister and make it a friendly competition?
