You can get some suckers (a bit like small sink plungers) from car accessory stores, you just use them to pull the dent out.

This depends on were the dent are, if for example you can get to the back of the dent by removing a panel then you can push them out by hand. If you cannot get to the dents from behind then the best way to remove them is to get a slide hammer, drill a small hole in the centre of the dent, screw a small self tapping screw into the hole and then using the slide hammer pull the dent out.

It all depends on where they are, there are some specialist firms that will come out to you and try and fix it, but if you want to have a go yourself you usually have to push out the dent from the rear of where it is, if you want them doing by a paint shop it should cost a couple of hundred, if you can get access to the dents sometimes they will just pop out back into place

look for paint-less dent remove company, they have dent-tech here in leicester but if you can find someone like that where you live they have years of experience and have all the equipement should only cost you £100ish maybe less. They will use the sucker to get the main dent part out then make it perfect with speical tools.

Get a powerful magnet to pull out the dents. The dents sound like they were intentional,so it should be easy.

THAT'S RIGHT, JUST USE A TOILET PLUNGER AND WET THE SURFACE AND PULL.
