i think many forget that russia has an incredable array of ICBMs armed and pointed at america. and, ronny ray-gun's starwars thingy (Strategic Defense Initiative) was a total flop.

attacking Iran is not a good idea . if Israel attacked it Iran will retaliate by hitting Israel .
but if America carried out the attack the prospects don't look good . Iran may attack the oil feilds in the Arabian Gulf making life a nightmare for ordinary Americans back home .other targets may include American bases scattered in the region and the tens of thousands of American soldiers situated in Iraq . Iran doesn't have ballestic missiles to reach th US lands so far and they dont have the nukes either but they have huge amounts of rockets that will come like 1000 missiles a minute if it was attacked . no Patriot anti-missile system can really help in such abundancy .
China and Russia are not likely to interfere defending Iran by them attacking the US . what they may do is trying to get the US more involved in fighting forever in both Iraq and Iran and anywhere else in the world to curb down the American ambitions in the world theatre .

no no nation will directly go against the usa but they will intervene to help iran i think this is already been shown by russia and i think china will help iran but none will oppose usa openly
plus other countries still have a lot to gain from america maybe not russia but im sure china still has a great deal to gain from usa

Yes , America's forces are stretched very thin . Hell the world can see we are not even keeping out unarmed illegal aliens , much less and armed invasion force . This is a dangerous situation , to stand with your legs spread far enough apart , only makes it easier to get kicked in the balls :) If we start another war and do the splitz it would be like an invite to global war - kiss good bye to the american way of life - here comes the nuke's ... need proof go here

GWB only wants into Iran to create an even bigger mess for the Dems to clean up. If he doesnt make the job impossible for them, the Republicans won't get re-elected for 50 years till people forget how horrid a job they did. But if he can start a war in Iran the people will remember the next government for failing to win it. Of course if the Republicans had even a chance in the next election, they wouldnt be going in.

First you need to know if Iran has got any oil, if they have then Bush will go in. Russia at the moment have got a leader who has a few bricks short of a full load and is more unstable than a three legged horse called Tripod.

Probably. Look folks, once we have Iran and Syria it will be on to Saudi Arabia, then Russia and China. We will enshrine our President Bush's LEGACY with World War Three.

I guess that would depend on our reasons to attack/invade Iran and how justifiable they and the international community see it is. If US can pull it like they did before with a bunch of lies then no, but i think they would have to recreate everything from 9-11 on.

Right now, the US is what keeps Russia existing. We pump billions of government dollars into that place. I say we should stop doing it.
China? The huge growth they have had is due to American companies moving their factories over there.
I also say we should boycott these American companies to force them to bring the work back here. Traitors that they are.
Will these guys (Russia and China) shoot their selves in the foot? Not likely.
