I asked a few minutes ago about my e-mail coming back and not going through but popping up asking do I want to send, well when I try to send it , it wont sent but the box keeps coming up asking this ...even though I tryed over and over to send it , now i just want the box to stop coming up asking me.

Click no, then go into your Outbox (assuming you are using Outlook or Outlook Express) and delete it from there.
If this just started, check your settings as has been mentioned, and try again later, your email server may be having problems.

I am assuming you are using an e-mail client such as Outlook, right? Well if you just want the application to stop popping up messages. Go to your task manager and end the task. That will kill the entire program.
As for a solution to your problem? Verify that the POP3 and SMTP server settings are correct. Make sure that your login settings are also correct. Call your provider and ask if they are having issues with e-mail. Are you current with your bill? Sometimes internet providers will not allow you to get your e-mail if you aren't current with your bill, yet they'll leave access to the net. Good luck.
