as soon as they started singing last night both my kids stopped what they were doing and turned to watch, then begged me to vote for them (i didn't)! but i can see there appeal. i don't want them to win but i do think there is a market for them at the mo as a steps style group with dance routines that the kids can copy. i would not mind my kids having them as role models.

Lol No,I do like them as people and I can understand where you are coming from with a traditional sort of 'pop' cheeriness image for children especially compared to Hope's performance,it's just that when they perform I think they can be so Happy cheery and cheesy which is nice like whenever they get feedback they just smile,I do believe they are nice people and there personalities won't change throughout the competition.

I must say Doobie, I'm not particularly a fan of theirs. However I could think of far worse Pop Stars/Acts for your children to have as role models and like. Anyway, it wouldn't do if we all liked the same - the World would be very boring then.

I think Same Difference appeal to younger kids and older people but they are quite old fashioned for today's teens and young people. The brother/sister group is slightly odd.

I agree with football, i was just going to say the same thing, there is something very very incestuous about the 2 of them, very strange and sickly sweet, not normal for siblings, they're more normal if they hate each other. They'd be more suited to being called "The Waltons" rather than same difference. It's just NOT right!!! Mark my words something funny will be dug up in the papers about them.

I can see why they would appeal to kids (last nights choice of song helped in that), and they are certainly better role models for young people than Hope!!!!!!!!

But I still think they're awful!!!!!

that is exactly what i said, i dont want them to win but i do think they are really good and people should give them a chance! just because they are always happy! if they went around with a frown on their faces twenty four seven then peopl would certainly pull them apart! for gawds sake give them a chance!

Well Doobie I have defended them on here up until now but last night I thought they looked so twee, so boy and girl next door - ok nothing wrong with that - but last night they didn't do it for me and I don't think they have much of a future in X Factor.
