The older the perfume is, the stronger the scent is.. That simple =) So by the time you reach the bottom of the bottle, the perfume will definately be older.. You can feel it more if the perfume was a few years old..

Yup it's prob b/c it's been sitting at the bottom of the perfume bottle for weeks, months etc...see if it's a real strong perfume it would smell nasty and overpowering, if it's a light scent then I do not think it would be that bad. =)

yea because all of the smells and ingredients of the perfume follow gravity and go to the bottom of the bottle and then it does get stronger when it is at the bottom.

Perfume is made up of many scents, top notes and bottom notes. The bottom notes are stronger, so that's what you are spraying at the end.
