I have teken in to someone, they said it was the throtle body. Does anyone think otherwise?

Check everything that would affect that symptom including your Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) sensor and Inlet Air Temperature (IAT) sensor.

Vacuum leak in the engine sucking raw air?

check all inlet gaskets, could also have crack in throttle body, if you find a crack putty metal will cure it.
