We are allowed an extra week this year all that has been proven to be a cost not a saving.

Think of it it gets dark sooner when we roll the clock back, so your lights burn sooner and longer not quite a saving there.

November 4 in the US, but its different in other countries that have Daylight Savings Time. In Europe, its October 28, for example.

It was recently changed to the first sunday, in November. This year that will be November 4th. See this article for more info:

well see theres two diff set back times...if your liveing in malone or fort covington or something than its the 4th of november but if your liveing in canada or somewhere around there its the 28th of this month...i dont know if that helped but i hope...
