I AGREE, TYPING IN ALL CAPS IS ALSO ANNOYING. ON A COMPUTER SCREEN IT LOOKS LIKE YELLING.

Yes, very. I assume you did it jokingly, though? I'll let it go. When people capitalize every letter it's obvious they never payed attention to grammar class. The teacher said to capitalize the first letter of every sentence, a capital letter after a period, and capital letters for nouns.

well they do capitalize, one thing is probably its fun, gets the attention of the reader or they just want to stress some words or feelings :)
