Y wouldnt it be? Havent u ever seen those HUGE pumpkins the size of 5 fat ppl? Well.... those r the great pumpkins children. The great pumpkin is as big as 50 fat ppl, it is uncarvable, unflamable, indestructable, and lives underground until Halloween (it comes out at a different location every year!)

Real is what you believe. My 12 year old autistic son (mentally 6) believes everything he chooses to believe. Someone at school told him that Santa wasn't real, and he said "magic is in my heart, and there is where Santa is".......that goes for the great pumpkin, tooth fairy, angels and anything else that he believes in, that makes him feel "special".
