I'm not sure about Montreal specifically... but the clocks don't change until Nov 4 at 2 a.m. this year. It has been extended by a week.

This year, the US changed the days the clocks are moved ahead and back and Canada quickly conformed supposedly to cause less confusion. It started with the Spring time change happened in March instead of April. Many calendars are marked wrong, and lots of electronics are off. Kind of a hassle.

The new date is next Sunday, November 4. And Quebec will change then too.
